Smokey aromatic vetiver roots are soaked in fresh spring water for 24 hours and then distilled with fresh & juicy ginger root + fresh Lavender blooms for a spicy, earthy & meditative aromatic mist. This Hydrosol is formulated with a precise (chemist-assisted!) dose of elemental magnesium derived from the ancient Zechstein Seabed in the Netherlands that is 250 million years old. The transdermal application of magnesium functions as an exceptional ally in harmonizing with the body’s nervous system as it weaves in a time-honored remedy of offering respite & relief from deep body aches.

Best use:
DOSE: 5 sprays = 100mg of elemental magnesium / 10 sprays 200mg of elemental magnesium.

Mist 5-10 sprays on feet or sore muscles & follow with your favorite moisturizer. We recommend Red Movement to continue the theme of circulation and lymph flow.

*NOTE: Because this product is magnesium/salt based, please mist on skin that is free from any open wounds such as cuts or scrapes or abrasions- including skin that has just been shaved. Like all magnesium-based topicals, slight stinging may occur in sensitive folks and should dissipate quickly once absorbed. If tingling should occur and you'd like a different solution to the sensation, we find mixing 5 sprays with a pump of your favorite moisturizer in your palm first and then massaging takes away the sensation.
