Stepping Stone Support Soak is a tool for getting slower and deeper into relaxation, and an iteration of our beloved Stepping Stone Support MIST for those on-the-go. It is a warming & protective muscle mender, anchoring the body into ease, comfort & security anytime— especially during times of heightened exhaustion or distress. Our soaking version contains two forms of magnesium— mag.sulfate & mag.chloride, derived from the ancient Zechstein Seabed in the Netherlands that is 250 million years old.

Physically : Warms & increases circulation, opens pores and gently encourages perspiration & detoxification. It supports the relief of tired feet, restless legs, sore muscles & spasms, cramping, constipation and aches as it restores with stability & ease. Botanicals including Plantain leaf, Arnica flower, Cedarwood & Rosemary stimulate blood flow and contribute anti-fungal & anti-inflammatory benefits as magnesium harmonizes sleep, skin, muscle & mood. 

Emotionally : Anchors, centers & clears energetic pathways with stone essences of Black Tourmaline, Hematite and Shungite. A tree essence of Oak is selected to recharge, building back endurance & emotional strength while honoring and remembering our own unique limits.

Magnesium is an essential mineral of the human body, positively affecting our blood vessels, heart, nervous system & beyond. It is vital to have a consistent influx whether through our foods foods or (topical/internal) supplementation as it’s responsible for many cellular functions including energy production & proper cellular structural health. When the body is low, it can even begin to pull from our bone’s own supply. Taking bath’s with Magnesium, whether it’s a foot bath or full body bath, allows the Magnesium to be absorbed through the skin and circulated through the blood stream & in turn used by our cells for a wide variety of necessary functions.

Product Details:

This is a large, 50oz bag (3.3 pounds)— enough for about 7-10 real, therapeutic doses.

Best use: For a foot soak, grab your favorite vessel for your feet and fill with warm water. Dissolve up to 2 cups & soak for 20 minutes. For a full body bath soak, dissolve 2- 4 cup & soak for up to 20 minutes.For each variation, rinse if desired and follow with a moisturizer of your choice or select Red Movement Anywhere Oil to continue the energy of increasing circulation & lymph flow. For those opting for a full body soak, especially those with sensitivities to heat, please drink an ample amount of water before and after your soak and always listen to your individual body. This soak is gently diaphoretic, encouraging the body to open its pores, release & perspire. Remember to lovingly replenish what is released, emotionally and physically.

Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride (derived from the ancient Zechstein Seabed in the Netherlands), Magnesium Sulfate, Chrysopogon zizanioides (Vetiver Root), Zingiber officinale (Ginger Root), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender blossoms), Clitoria ternatea (Butterfly Pea Flower), Extracts of Aloe vera, Plantago major leaf, Arnica montana flower, Salvia rosmarinus leaf (Rosemary) & Thuja plicata (Cedar) wood, Oak tree essence, & Stone essences of black tourmaline, shungite & hematite.
*Printing error: On the actual bag, Butterfly Pea Flower will not be listed, but is indeed in the formula.

*Important: Because this product is magnesium/salt based, please soak with skin that is free from any open wounds such as cuts or scrapes or abrasions- including skin that has just been shaved. This soak is also considered diaphoretic, meaning the small amounts of herbs used for some can be too heating and increase detoxification & perspiration. For certain folks & body expressions this can be incredibly healing and for some may be slightly dehydrating. Please take care in staying properly hydrating before and after soaks of any kind!
