I am committed to becoming undone in order to express myself out of love, through love, with grace in a way that is nourishing for myself and my children. How I become undone will be in a way that harmonizes with my body and being, season to season. I will continue to plant seeds and honor the mess of crackling shells and dirt and mud in order to create a healthy terrain for growth. At my core, I am an alchemist. The way I work with fire, water and plants is my genuine medium for prayer and peace, connection and becoming. Becoming undone is a process of growth by which we allow ourselves to be shapeshifters and movers- quite literally not fixed or fastened; not determined by another- and most importantly, not even by ourself.

Plant a seed. Watch it crack. Watch it grow. Watch it become undone. This is where you exist, in this space of fruition, in this space of pure combustion and blossoming, and it is with great purpose that you're here as exactly who you are. The millions of cells of life within us, working together for us, root for our success. Welcome to Spring. :)
